We are looking for a true Brand Ambassador withexcellent sales and customer relations skills for our store. Under the guidance of the CEO, COO and the requirements of the company, your main missions will be:

- Greet and welcome the customers, following our level of standard
- Share the values, knowledge, and history of the brand
- Display and merchandise the products
- Present an exquisite quality of service, as the spokeswoman for the brand
- Actively drive the store (storage, restocking, and merchandising)
- Manage the stocks and deliveries
- Participate in store events and have a proactive mindset
- Participate in brand outreach through a strong dedication content creation for social media
- Participate in the increase of sales turnover and performances indexes: reporting and KPI analysis
- Involve in objectives set by the company, linking with the other members of the company
- Operate store openings
- Manage a team (of 2 people).

We are looking for :

- Strong knowledge and passion for fashion.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar job in the fashion industry.
- Product and detailed-oriented
- You can create and maintain close relationships with clients
- Taste for challenges and sales records
- Dynamic and proficient individual, results-oriented and proactive
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and stimulating work environment
- You speak fluently French and English, and a third language is a plus
- You are a friendly and dedicated individual.

We are looking for a sales Advisor on a 6-month contract in our store located in Saint-Tropez from April 2023.

Main missions:

- Deliver a unique client experience; excellent greeting and welcoming, storytelling and customer advising and perfect knowledge of products.
- Embody with passion the image of the brand and its philosophy.
- Merchandising: optimize the good presentation and display of the store according to the Manager demands.
- Organize and manage sales operations (sales etc…)
- Participate in the turnover and monthly sales objectives
- Manage backlog platform (deliveries and restocks)
- Promote the brand to boost our online store traffic
- Set up daily sales reports
