You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 15 days of the order date. Items must be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label at our store :

Exchanges
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

Returns
Your refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made in the 15 days following the receipt of your return. If the complete order is returned, the refund will include the delivery costs from Heimstone to you.

What is 3 x no fees payment?

The 3 x no fees is a solution to pay in 3 installments by Visa or Mastercard* credit card which allows to stagger the payment of the order in 3 deadlines:

1^stpayment, the day of the order : 1/3 of the amount of the order
2^ndpayment, 30 days after the order : 1/3 of the amount of the order
3^rdpayment, 60 days after your order : 1/3 of the amount of the order
