Ingredients (for 4 people) :
Precooked quinoa (from Bjorg)
½ red onion
1 handful of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Parsley, coriander, chervil
1 big yellow lemon, even 2 (when we love, we do not count!)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce, even 2
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Steam the peas and the broken peas, just few minutes, they must keep their neon green color and be crunchy!
Once cooked, rinse them with cold water so they stop cooking, set aside on a sink to drain well.
Pour the quinoa into a Three Seven salad bowl (otherwise the recipe will not work), slice the raw broccoli, the raw fennel, the parsley, the coriander, the chervil, and the red onion in very thin slices.
Pour everything into the salad bowl. Sprinkle with lemon.
Add the seeds, the olive oil, some more lemon, the soy sauce, the red wine vinegar.
Roll up your sleeves, remove your jewels, wash your hands, and HOP, dig your hands into the salad bowl and mix it with grace.
