Greek salad with herbs

Ingredients (for 6 people):
12 tomatoes not too ripe
2 Lebanese cucumbers
4 shallots
2 blocks of Feta
1 bunch of fresh dill
12 fresh mint leaves
8 fresh tarragon leaves
2 branches of flat parsley
3 cloves of garlic
A big pinch of Provence herbs
Salt of Guerande
Pepper
Olive oil
 
Wash all your tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Arrange them nicely in a dish, preferably flat.
Peel the cucumbers and slice them into 0.5 cm thick slices.
Chop the shallots, parsley and dill.
Arrange everything on tomatoes.
Salt and pepper generously, then arrange the mint leaves and tarragon.
 
Sprinkle generously with delicious olive oil.
Cut the blocks of feta roughly, arrange them on top, sprinkle with herbs of Provence and some more olive oil, serve!
